14 Half Howie Ave, Toronto, ON M4M 2J1

Small century rowhouse located in the heart of South Riverdale, providing good potential for modern living with timeless Victorian character. Very attractive location close to Danforth and everything else South Riverdale has to offer, such as access to Downtown, shops, restaurants and bars. Property is set on a picturesque tree lined street surrounded by beautifully renovated homes with a mature tree in its own backyard that provides park like setting. The house is in need of renovation, ready for someone with vision and desire for the next chapter. Rare opportunity to customize to reflect new owners style and desired details. Floors are original plank pine featuring its century origion and are in reasonably good condition. House was built in 1906 and most recent owners deferred a lot of needed maintenance and now it has to be done to bring out the home's appeal and value. Basement requires complete renewal and so does the kitchen and bathrooms. Backyard is also in need of a major clean up but it should be an attractive feature of the property when completed. Property is offered for sale on an as is where is basis.
