Welcome to the former Hunts Cove Park, a well-known destination located near Farewell, Newfoundland, the gateway to beautiful Fogo Island. Situated just minutes from the ferry terminal, this exceptional beachfront property offers a rare opportunity to revive a once-popular family campground and recreational destination. Approximately 17 years ago, Hunts Cove Park was prepared for operation and ready to welcome visitors. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances prevented the park from opening and reaching its full potential. Today, the property remains a remarkable blank canvas for an entrepreneur, investor, or family looking to develop a campground, RV park, tenting area, eco-tourism destination, or recreational retreat. Featuring a beautiful beach and ample land for future expansion, the possibilities are endless. Whether your vision includes seasonal RV sites, tenting facilities, glamping accommodations, cabins, or additional recreational amenities, this property offers the space and location to make it happen. With its close proximity to Farewell and the ferry service to Fogo Island, the area attracts travellers seeking adventure, coastal beauty, and authentic Newfoundland experiences. Opportunities like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find. If you've been searching for a property with vision, history, and unlimited potential, this former park may be the opportunity you've been waiting for. (id:51075)
