ESCAPE. Looking to enjoy the great outdoors away from all distractions then look no further. This approximately 300 SF log chalet was built approximately 20 or 30 years ago on this great 28 acre forested lot with year round access and about 55 minutes to downtown Kingston. An excellent driveway leads to the log cabin in the woods. Cozy up to the warmth of the woodstove, this one room getaway is capable of rustic year round living and provides a peaceful and tranquil get away. There are numerous outbuildings and a few garden areas, and some trails are established. The home is wired for a generator (not included) and a propane stove currently provides a cooking area. The current owner does live here year round but suggests the outdoor facilities may soon require upgrading. Whether you are looking to build your dream in the woods and wish to use the log cabin as a refuge during construction, or are looking for a simple way to avoid the hustle and bustle of what's ailing others. No one will know, no one will care and poetry or whatever results from the knowledge that you and only you know the answer to the age old question, "If a tree falls in the forest, does anybody hear. " A great place to explore the nature of perception and reality. And don't forget spirituality too. A great place to dream for sure.
