With a background in advertising and promotions she knows the most effective strategies to get homes sold.
Jennifer was selected to be the Real Estate Advisor for the HGTV series "The Property Brothers" with Drew and Jonathan Scott. She also worked on their new series called "Buying and Selling with The Property Brothers."
The Property Brothers help couples find, buy and transform extreme fixer-uppers into the ultimate dream home, and since it's hard to see beyond a dated property's shortcomings, they're using state-of-the-art CGI to reveal their vision of the future.
Jennifer was also the Realtor for the TV series "Worst to First." Another home renovation show that airs on W Network and HGTV. This time starring Mickey Fabbiano and Sebastian Sevallo.
She very much enjoyed this role and the networking opportunities with world-class contractors and interior designers. She is armed with many great contacts that she is happy to pass on to her clients.
Jennifer is a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's Medallion Club. Which represents the top 10% of all agents in the Lower Mainland.
Within RE/MAX she has been awarded the Executive Award, 100% Club as well as the Platinum Club and the “Hall of Fame” for her sales achievements.
She is also chair of the RE/MAX General Advertising Committee dealing with advertising contracts for over 6000 RE/MAX agents in Western Canada.
In 2020 she was honored with the prestigious “Spirit of the West” award for both sales activity as well as community involvement this is only given to one agent in Western Canada each year.
In 2021 in an interesting twist, she was given the “Spirit of the West” Award a second time. The only person who has ever receive it twice. This time for her participation and volunteering with younger agents as a mentor.
