This is the second house Hamish has sold for us. As with our first home, we had purchased a new residence and were on a timeline to sell our home. Hamish and his team went straight to task to stage our home, contact clients and other realtors and set up and "invite only" event in our home. We were out of the country at the time of this event, climbing Kilimanjaro, and received a message from Hamish that we had a solid offer within 48 hours of this event. The sale was completed with us signing the final offer just days before we summited the mountain! With spotty connections, the sale was completed within a week.
