Very professional and extremely timely in her replies to any questions or assistance I had for her constantly. Very friendly agent and knowledgeable.

Asked us (seller) to show the property our selves. Even though she was double ending the deal, didn't bother making time for her own client (buyer). Paperwork consistently late even with critical offers in hand, no sense of urgency. Didn't accompany their (buyer) client at the walkthrough, just gave lock box code and provided access to seller's home before legally closing.
